*General Policies
-All guests entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by the Palawan State University security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.
-All guests and bags will be visually searched prior to entry. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed, but will be inspected at the entrance.
-No large bags or backpacks will be allowed in the building without prior authorization.
The PSU encourages guests not to bring any bags, however the following will be permitted:
-One clear bag no larger than 12" by x 6" x 12" OR a one-gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).
-In addition, fans may carry a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5" x 4.5", with or without a strap.
-Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse.
*Guest Conduct
Guests may be asked to leave the property for reasons including, but not limited to the following:
-Failure to follow Palawan State University smoking policies
-Unruly conduct-Use of illegal substances or drugs
-Disruptive behavior
-Use of profane, obscene or abusive language of any type
-Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the venue
-Throwing of any objects onto the stage area, or in the seating areas
-Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating performers, other guests, or PSU employees, USG Officers, PSU students, City PNP Personnel and WESCOM Personnel
-Participating in a fight
-Entering or attempting to enter any “Authorized Personnel Only” areas, such as: the stage area, backstage, -or restrooms of the opposite sex
-Any action that, in the opinion of PSU Security Management, places other guests in danger or reduces their enjoyment of the event
-Guests that are asked to leave the property may be subject to arrest. These guests will not receive a refund for their ticket(s)
IMPORTANT NOTE: PSU Students who are caught, reported or seen violating any of the University’s rules and regulations will be subjected to appropriate disciplinary actions. The USG Officers, the PSU security guards and any school authority reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited item brought inside the PSU premises.
Tailgating
Tailgating is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, drinking alcoholic beverages (in accordance to the University and National Law), grilling out, and games or any other activities that may obstruct or distract traffic. Management appreciates your cooperation in helping us provide a safe environment for all patrons.
Gates Open
Gates open 60-90 minutes prior to showtime (unless otherwise noted.)
Parking
Parking is strictly limited outside the PSU Premises. No vehicle shall enter the PSU Premises for the purpose of attending the event once the gate opens (with the exception of University and the performers’ transport. The University is not liable for any damage or loss of vehicles and personal articles that the guests and students may bring during the event.
Alcohol Policy
In accordance with the PSU policies, bringing any alcoholic beverages onto PSU premises, property and the surrounding lots is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A wide array of food and beverages are available at concession stands.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within PSU premises such as the restrooms, pavilion, VIP areas, or while waiting in lines such as entry gates, concessions, merchandise, etc. This includes tobacco and electronic cigarettes.
Acts, Dates & Times
All acts, dates, times and prices are subject to change without notice.
Inclement Weather
All performances go on rain or shine, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of rain.
Children
For all Contemporary Events, children under 5 are admitted free on the PSU Grounds when accompanied by a paying adult. Children under the age of 2 must remain seated on the ticket holder’s lap.
Re-Entry Policy
There is a no re-entry policy for this event.
